Insurance & Payment Options

I accept the following insurance plans:

• UnitedHealthcare / UHC/Oxford (PPO)

• MagnaCare

• Aetna / Meritain (PPO)

I am out of network with EmblemHealth (PPO). If you choose to use out-of-network benefits, your insurance will determine reimbursement and patient responsibility.

Private pay options are available for clients without insurance or who prefer not to use insurance. Fees are discussed prior to scheduling.
